The brooch features a textured cut out folk art style rooster design. This brooch was originally sold and made for the Abby Aldrich Rockefeller Folk Art Collection Museum in Colonial Williamsburg, VA.

The brooch has a working safety clasp closure. The rooster has patina which kind has an anodized bluish color, it can be cleaned by buyer if preferred. This is a cute brooch that would make a nice addition to any farm animal/ folk art jewelry collection.
