Vintage 14K Navajo Diamond & Lab Star Sapphire Leaf Ring | Vintage Native American Signed | Size 3 Ring

The ring features a central oval lab created star sapphire saw bezel set with an accent prong set diamond and applied leaf, wire and flower design.

Measurements: approximately 0.5675 inches long and 0.995 inches at the widest. The round diamond is approximately 3.26 mm and the oval lab created star sapphire is 8.5 mm long and 6.9 mm wide

Marks: 14K JAG (unidentified conjoined makers mark); I have another similar larger ring that is made by the same maker but that one is stamped NAVAJO so this is how I know this ring is as well.
