The pendant features an open pierced work circular frame with a center number 13. There are also four lovely flowers with 4 alternating prong set sapphire and ruby gemstones.

Measurement: 1.0075 inches long with bail and 0.6945 inches at widest; the 4 round gemstones are approximately 2 mm.
