Refund policy

Returns

I have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the time your package arrives to return your item for a full refund of the purchase price. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. All returned jewelry items/home decor items must be in the same condition as it was sent to you. No jewelry or home decor items will be accepted for return if it is damaged, altered or worn. 

To start a return, you can contact me at adjanidesignsjewelry@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, I’ll send instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please provide tracking so I can know when your return is expected to arrive, and I also recommend insuring return items as I am not responsible for lost return items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your purchase upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
I don't accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
