The pendant features a faceted oval citrine cabochon in an open work Art Nouveau gold setting. The stone is open on the back allowing the light to shine through; which gives it a rich dark or light color depending on the direction and amount of light. This pendant was originally a stick pin which was converted to give it more everyday wear. Citrine is one of the birthstones for the month of November.
Weight: 1.5 grams
Measurements: 1.1810 inches long total with bail and 0.4685 inches wide. The bail is 0.2280 inches long and 0.1300 wide inside measurement -due to bail type it can be worn on several types and thickness of chains/necklaces. The citrine is approximately 16.6 mm long and 5.7 mm wide.
Marks: Bail is 14K and the pendant is 10K (unmarked but tested)-conversion was done by my local jeweler who also identified the stone as being citrine.
