Vintage 14K Gold Virgin Mary Miraculous Medal Pendant

The pendant has a circular open work design with a center applied Virgin Mary and the prayer: "Conceived Without Sin Pray for Us Who Have Recourse to Thee". The back of the charm has a cross and M, stars and hearts. This is a lovely little pendant that would make a great Baptism or Confirmation gift.

Marks: unidentified makers mark 14K; confirmation tested as 14k using GemOro AuRACLE AGT3 Gold Tester.
