The brooch is of a three leaf clover bundle of four. The clovers are set with Connemara marble on the leaves and it has a marcasite decorated stem. The shamrock is used as a symbol of Ireland and Saint Patrick, Ireland's patron saint. A shamrock's three leaves can represent faith, hope and love or the Holy Trinity.
