These earrings make a great gift for a cat lover or Laurel Burch Collector. The designer is Laurel Burch (December 31, 1945 – September 13, 2007) who started selling her handmade jewelry on the streets of San Francisco from tackle boxes. She went on to start her own company in 1979, Laurel Burch Inc.
