The brooch has 8 faceted tear drop garnets, a center round faceted garnet and 32 rose cut garnets set into a floral cluster design. The brooch is vermeil which gives the silver a gold coloring.
Marks: unmarked, tests as silver
Measurements: 1.3790 inches long and 1.3890 inches at widest
Weight: 7.7 grams
The brooch has a replacement safety clasp (please see photo of back). I believe the original brooch would have had a C-clasp that was converted out at some point and the brooch pin shortened.
