The vermeil figural brooch is in the shape of a dashing man wearing a top hot and fancy outfit and he is also holding a walking stick. He has blue and clear rhinestones accents set into his costume.

Condition: The gold gilding has a little wear and the silver has patina which can be cleaned by buyer if preferred. It has a working safety rollover clasp.
