Vintage Silver 1942 Mayfair Beauty School Brooch, Silver Beauty School Badge Pin, Cosmetology Medal

The brooch/pin features a shield design with hand engraved border. At the center the pin is hand engraved MAYFAIR BEAUTY SCHOOL 1942.
This medal would make a great gift to a Cosmetologist or as an addition to any Vintage Cosmetology/Beauty School Collection.

Measurements: approximately 0.9525 inches long (from top to bottom) and 0.9645 inches at widest

Marks: unmarked for metal content; acid tested as sterling silver

Condition: The pin has a working safety clasp and hinge closure. It also has patina which can be cleaned by buyer if preferred.
