The pendant features a skull shape with the Greek Letters Omicron Delta. I have not been able to identify this organization. This pendant was originally a stick pin which was converted to give it more everyday wear.
Measurement: approximately 0.8790 inches long total with bail and 0.5200 inches wide
Weight: 2.4 grams
Markings: unmarked but tested as sterling silver and bail is marked 925. The conversion was done by my jeweler.
